Norma Global Journal operates on a hybrid publication model that combines continuous online publication with formal tri-annual issue releases in April, August, and December. Accepted articles are published online immediately after final editing and formatting, ensuring rapid dissemination of research findings to the global academic community.

These continuously published articles are subsequently compiled into formal issues three times per year, with each annual volume consisting of three comprehensive issues. The journal maintains an efficient editorial process with an average processing time of 10-14 weeks from submission to publication, allowing authors to share their research in a timely manner.

Additionally, the journal occasionally publishes special issues focusing on emerging legal topics of particular significance to the field. This tri-annual approach ensures regular and consistent dissemination of high-quality research while maintaining manageable publication frequency and rigorous quality standards, ultimately supporting optimal indexing performance and academic impact.
